By accessing or using Predictor (predictor.org.uk), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including visitors, registered users, and players.

You must be at least 18 years old to participate in Predictor. By using the service, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction to engage in online gaming and prediction activities. Access is available only through accounts held at our partner sites. We reserve the right to verify your age and eligibility at any time.

Predictor is a free-to-play football prediction game tied to the FIFA World Cup 2026. Users log in via their existing partner account, submit score predictions for upcoming matches, and earn points based on accuracy. Points accumulate on a shared leaderboard across all partner sites. Prizes are awarded at the end of the tournament to top-ranked players.

Access to Predictor is granted via your existing partner account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your partner account credentials. Any activity performed through your account is your responsibility. We do not store your partner password and authentication is handled securely via OAuth 2.0. Sharing accounts or using multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification.

Predictions must be submitted before the published kickoff time for each match. Once a match begins, predictions are locked and cannot be changed. Points are awarded automatically based on the official match result. The scoring system is: Exact Score = 10 pts, Correct Winner = 5 pts, Correct Goals (one team) = 3 pts, Draw Bonus = +4 pts. We reserve the right to correct points in the event of data errors.

Prize details, amounts, and distribution are determined by the partner partner network and communicated separately. Prizes are credited to the winner's partner account. Predictor is not responsible for the payment or distribution of prizes — this is handled entirely by the individual partner. We reserve the right to disqualify any participant found to have violated these terms.

You agree not to: use automated scripts or bots to submit predictions; attempt to manipulate the leaderboard or scoring system; use multiple accounts; reverse-engineer or attempt to access backend systems; or use the service for any unlawful purpose. Violations may result in immediate disqualification and permanent ban from the platform.

Predictor is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the service will meet your expectations. Match data and results are sourced from third-party providers and may occasionally be delayed or incorrect. We are not liable for any losses arising from reliance on this data.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
